Lignans from Leaves of Juniperus Chinensis
Umbelliferone, 13 lignans and an unusual compound 2-(3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl)propane-1,3-diol, were isolated from the leaves of Juniperus chinensis. The lignans include meso-secoisolariciresinol, 3,4-methylenedioxy-3’,4’dimethoxylignan-9’,9-olide, hibalactone, isohibalactone, 7-oxohinokinin, 7-hydroxyhinokinin, 7-acetyloxyhinokinin, (+ )-xanthoxylol, dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol, 3-methox...
متن کاملMetabolomic Analysis of Female and Male Plants of Pistacia Chinensis Bunge
Pistacia chinensis Bunge is dioecious. The female and male plants have different economic values. In addition to the large differences in floral organ shape on the outside, the male and female plants also have remarkable differences in ecological adaptability and physiological and biochemical characteristics. Thus, studying whether these differences in biological characteristics between male an...
متن کاملA new natural ceramide from Trollius chinensis Bunge.
A new natural product named trolliamide was isolated from Trollius chinensis Bunge. Its structure was determined as 2-hydroxy-tetracosanoic acid(2,3-dihydroxy-1-hydroxymethyl-heptadec-7-enyl)-amide by spectroscopic methods, including UV, IR, MS and NMR. This is the first report of a ceramide isolated from Trollius chinensis.
متن کاملStructures of 4-aryl-coumarin (neoflavone) dimers isolated from Pistacia chinensis BUNGE and their estrogen-like activity.
Activity-guided fractionation of twigs of Pistacia chinensis resulted in the isolation and characterization of two novel ingredients as potent estrogen agonists. On the basis of spectral analysis and comparison with a related compound their structures were elucidated as 3,3''-dimers of 4-aryldihydrocoumarins (3,4-dihydro-4-(4'-hydroxyphenyl)-7-hydroxycoumarin) differing only in the stereochemic...
